Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has clarified that the station bail granted to MP Putha Mahesh in the Moinabad drugs case was issued strictly as per legal provisions, distancing the government from any involvement in the decision.

Speaking during his Delhi visit, the Chief Minister stated that law enforcement authorities acted in accordance with established rules, particularly considering parliamentary sessions were underway. He emphasized that due process was followed in granting relief to the accused.

The case, which has drawn widespread attention, relates to an alleged drugs party at a farmhouse in Moinabad. Several individuals, including political figures and associates, were taken into custody following the incident.
