The Telangana State Intermediate Board is preparing to announce the TG Inter Results 2026, with April 12 emerging as the likely date for the release. Officials indicated that if there is any delay, the results may be declared on April 13.

Sources suggest that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy may personally release the results. Since the education portfolio is currently under his supervision, the announcement is expected to take place under his leadership, possibly from his residence.

The Intermediate annual examinations were conducted between February 25 and March 18 across the state. Evaluation of answer sheets began on March 15 at multiple centers and was completed earlier this month. Following this, officials finalized the tabulation process by April 8, paving the way for the result announcement.

The Board had reportedly sought government approval for releasing the results between April 9 and April 11. After discussions with education department officials, there is now a strong indication that April 12 has been finalized as the tentative date.

Apart from the results, the Chief Minister is also expected to make key announcements related to student welfare. The government is planning to introduce midday meals in government junior colleges from the academic year 2026 to 27. Additionally, breakfast and milk are proposed for students to improve nutrition and attendance.

Funds for these initiatives have already been allocated in the state budget. Around Rs 70 crore has been earmarked for midday meals, while Rs 56 crore has been set aside for breakfast and milk programs in government junior colleges.

The combined announcement of results and welfare measures is expected to send a positive message to students and parents across Telangana, marking a significant step in strengthening the education system.
